This pasta is a budget-friendly and delicious meal that's easy to prepare. Carrots are a good source of important nutrients such as vitamin A, potassium, and fiber.
- Carrots - Pasta - Olive oil - Garlic - Peanuts - Sesame seeds - Soy sauce
- Sesame oil - Sriracha - Ginger - White vinegar - Black pepper - Chicken bouillon - Sugar
Mix all the sauce ingredients.
Boil pasta as per package instructions.
Heat some olive oil.
Add minced or grated garlic and stir.
Add shredded carrots.
Saute the carrots for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add the cooked pasta.
Also add the sauce.
Give everything a good mix.
