Boil the noodles.
Boil chicken broth and water together.
Add lemongrass, galangal, and the kaffir lime leaves.
Add garlic, thai chilies, mushrooms, tomato and shallots.
Add Tom Yum paste.
And add fish sauce.
Pour in coconut milk.
Then add Nam Prik Pao (Thai chili paste)
Add (thawed) shrimp.
