User Content
“User Content” means any information, materials, or content that you or any other user submit, upload, share, or otherwise provide to us, through the Website, our services, email, direct message, social media, comments, or in person.
You are solely responsible and liable for your User Content, including all risks associated with its use, disclosure, or publication. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to liability arising from your User Content. We have no responsibility or liability for any User Content provided by you or any third party.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy (set out below). You must not state or imply that your User Content is endorsed, provided, promoted, or supported by us.
We are under no obligation to back up, store, or maintain any User Content. Your User Content may be removed or deleted at any time, without notice. You are solely responsible for retaining copies of any User Content you wish to preserve.
By submitting User Content, you grant Next in Lime a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use your User Content in any manner, including to reproduce, modify, adapt, practice, host, distribute, publicly display or perform, communicate, transmit, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use or exploit the User Content, and to grant sublicenses of these rights, solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Website and our services.
You irrevocably waive and agree not to assert any moral rights or rights of attribution in connection with your User Content.
All recipes, ideas, concepts, suggestions, techniques, or other content you share with us — whether via the Website, email, direct message, social media, comments, or verbally or in person — are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless a separate written agreement signed by both parties exists prior to disclosure. By sharing such content, you agree that we may use, adapt, publish, share, commercialize, or otherwise exploit it for any purpose, without restriction, obligation, credit, attribution, approval, or compensation of any kind.
You acknowledge that your submission does not create any expectation of payment, partnership, collaboration, or any implied contract, nor does it grant you any rights or interest in any resulting content.
By sharing User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so, and you irrevocably waive any claim that we misused your idea, recipe, or content, including any claim of infringement, misuse, joint authorship, or violation of moral rights.
